Fitness is much more than exercising. One essential part - among many others is a balanced posture.

Our whole body needs proper support from the ground up. Muscular dysbalances, injury or stressful activities can all cause different symptoms throughout your body. 

Have you ever checked your feet? For example, a foot hyperpronation shortens the leg, causing painful postural  compensations in knee, hip, spine and shoulder.

We are happy and proud of our Team member and Personal and Athletic Coach Ranini. She won 2 gold medals at the Mauritian championships in 2 different Martial Arts styles last week end.

Well done, Champ! If you want the extra kick for your Fitness - she is your expert!

2 of our team members are on a trip to Europe, meeting friends, former fellow students and experts in sports, fitness and health. This is the largest sports university in Europe (www.dshs-koeln.de), where our head coach graduated some years ago.

 There are thousand ways of promoting your fitness and health. Thinking of the dozens of different yoga styles with their ancient and modern backgrounds, the plenty of fitness activities starting in 20th century e.g. Pilates, Aerobics etc or latest trends such as HIIT, TRX or SUP – just to name a very few.


Whatever you name the activity, it´s very rarely real innovative, most of the time everything is old wine in new bottles. But this is not the point now – allow these resources to become a starting point, go outside, play fitness and have fun.
